The installation method is as follows:
第一步: 确定传达室内控制盒的位置,即操纵伸缩门开关的装置位置;
The first step is to determine the position of the indoor control box,
that is, the position of the device to operate the telescopic door
switch;
Step 2: lead the 220 V power supply to the lower end of the control box.
It is better to take another grounding wire with the thickness of 1.37,
and have leakage protection device, and use PVC concealed laying.
Step 3: Reserve ¢ 32mm PVC pipe, from the lower end of the control box
to below the ground level, through the wall to the outside, to the
approximate position of the track, 0.1-0.15m below the ground level, for
the outdoor line of the expansion door to enter the room
Step 4: according to the above table, the length of the door opening,
when building the door opening, the inner clearance of the opening width
is not less than 0.75-0.8m, the inner clearance of the height is not
less than the door height + 0.25m for ordinary doors, and the door
height + 0.1M for luxury doors; A manhole with a width of 0.4 m and a
height of 0.6 m is reserved at the middle and upper end of the inner
side of the door opening. If conditions permit, the total length of the
door opening can be further extended by 0.2-0.3 M. in this way, the
manhole can be changed into a small door to facilitate future
maintenance of the telescopic door line.
The fifth step: before laying the track, in addition to leaving about
0.8-0.9 meters wide, first make the ground on both sides; After 2-3 days
(5-7 days in winter), while laying the track, the civil engineering
should cooperate with the ground of the track, and pay attention to that
the road is not allowed to pass during the laying of the track.
